1. AeroNyx trust modeli
Trust model dort katmandir:
- AeroNyx-operated services: official site/App/API/Nodeboard/docs/support/discovery/bootstrap/public stats.
- Open protocol nodes: AeroNyx veya independent kisi/kurumlarin compatible nodes'u.
- User-controlled content and keys: messages, files, traffic, memories, prompts, private keys, seed phrases ve decryption material.
- Third-party services: model/RPC/payment/app-store/hosting providers, independent operators ve destination services.
Official services protocol sunmak icin user plaintext okumaya ihtiyac duymamalidir. Independent operators ve third parties kendi sistem ve legal obligations'larindan sorumludur.
2. Decrypt edememe siniri
No-decrypt beyanı E2E, node-blind veya user-key-protected features ile sinirlidir: protected messages/attachments, strict MemChain plaintext, private memory objects, private keys, seed phrases, wallet secrets ve decryption material.
Support email, legal notice, public post veya bug report gibi kullanicinin bilerek plaintext gonderdigi bilgiler kapsanmaz. External AI provider'a giden plaintext onun policy'sine tabidir. Internet traffic exit sonrasinda HTTPS/TLS ister; chat/MemChain E2E tum traffic'e genellenemez.
3. Open protocol nodes
Applicable law, technical compatibility, security, hosting rules ve infrastructure responsibility kosullariyla herkes compatible node isletebilir. Bu AeroNyx approval, certification, endorsement, supervision veya liability anlamina gelmez.
Official App, Nodeboard, bootstrap, discovery, public stats ve routing surfaces freshness, version, signed identity, reachability, capacity, abuse controls, policy ve quality evidence ile filtreleyebilir. Registration traffic garantisi degildir.

5. AeroNyx ne saglayabilir ve saglayamaz
AeroNyx, law ve retention periods dahilinde official services'in gercekte tuttugu records'u saglayabilir. Toplamadigi/kontrol etmedigi data'yi saglayamaz; user-held-key content'i decrypt edemez, decryption material'i kurtaramaz veya okunamaz ciphertext'ten plaintext yaratamaz.
AeroNyx enforcement icin encryption'i zayiflatmaz, secret backdoor istemez ve E2E plaintext incelemez. Actions; reports, service records, node metadata, route proofs, public information, security events ve valid legal requests gibi lawfully accessible evidence'a dayanir.
6. User ve operator sorumlulugu
Users content, activity, local-law compliance, keys, wallets, devices, recovery material ve sectigi third parties'den sorumludur.
Node operators security, uptime, lawful operation, hosting, disclosures, taxes, licenses, abuse handling ve local logging/retention obligations'dan sorumludur. Open participation bunu AeroNyx'e aktarmaz.
7. Security ve raporlama
Security researchers Security and Vulnerability Disclosure Policy'yi izler. Good-faith research user harm, service disruption, privacy invasion ve izinsiz independent-node/third-party testing'den kacinmalidir.
Acil reports: hi@aeronyx.network, konu Security Report. Support seed phrase, private key, wallet secret veya user-held decryption key istemez.
8. Legal ve privacy talepleri
