AeroNyx는 미국 Wyoming에 기반을 두고 private network routing, encrypted communication, node-blind memory, autonomous-agent coordination을 위한 open privacy protocol과 product ecosystem을 개발합니다. 이 Policy는 AeroNyx가 수집하는 정보, 사용 방식 및 제품의 privacy boundary를 설명합니다.

이 Policy는 연결된 website, docs, App, API, Nodeboard, AeroNyx Privacy Network, encrypted messaging, MemChain, developer tools, support channels 및 관련 services에 적용됩니다.

1. 범위와 layer model

AeroNyx는 네 층을 구분합니다.

• AeroNyx-operated services: website, App, API, Nodeboard, docs, support, discovery, bootstrap lists, public stats 등.
• Open protocol nodes: AeroNyx 또는 독립 개인·조직이 운영하는 compatible nodes.
• User-controlled content and keys: messages, files, traffic, memories, prompts, private keys, seed phrases, user-held decryption material.
• Third-party services: external model/RPC/payment/app-store/hosting providers, independent node operators 등.

이 Policy는 AeroNyx-operated services의 data processing을 다루며 protocol privacy design도 설명합니다. Independent operators와 third parties는 자체 legal obligations, security practices, privacy policies를 가질 수 있습니다.

2. AeroNyx의 privacy 입장

핵심 원칙은 infrastructure가 user private content를 읽지 않고 encrypted data를 이동·저장·조정할 수 있어야 한다는 것입니다. Encrypted content와 network service 운영에 필요한 limited metadata를 분리합니다.

E2E, node-blind storage 또는 user-held keys 기능에서 AeroNyx는 message plaintext, encrypted attachments, MemChain plaintext/private objects, private keys, seed phrases, wallet secrets, user decryption keys, private conversation/AI memory, E2E application payload 및 HTTPS로 보호된 browsing content를 decrypt할 수 없습니다.

다만 account identifier, user가 연결한 public wallet address, node registration, aggregate stats, device diagnostics, timestamps, bandwidth counters, abuse-prevention signals 등 일부 metadata는 필요합니다.

3. AeroNyx는 user content를 decrypt할 수 없습니다

Privacy Network, encrypted messaging, relay 및 strict MemChain에서 AeroNyx-operated infrastructure는 user-held encrypted content를 decrypt, inspect, read, monitor 또는 recover하지 않도록 설계됩니다. 따라서 encrypted packet/message/attachment, MemChain plaintext, private memory, private key, seed phrase, decryption key의 plaintext나 payload 의미를 얻거나 잃어버린 encrypted content를 복구할 수 없습니다.

Routing note: node는 packet transmission에 필요한 endpoint, destination IP/port, protocol, timing, byte counts 등 limited routing data를 처리할 수 있습니다. Control plane은 aggregate operational reporting을 사용하며 packet content, full URL, browsing history, message/MemChain plaintext, user-held keys의 보고를 요구하지 않습니다.

Wider internet confidentiality에는 계속 HTTPS 같은 E2E application protocol이 필요합니다. Third-party website, external service, independent operator, destination service는 AeroNyx-operated service가 아닙니다.

Support email, public post, bug report, legal notice처럼 user가 의도적으로 plaintext로 보내는 정보에는 이 boundary가 적용되지 않습니다.

4. 수집하는 정보

User가 제공하는 정보

Support, waitlist, 연락을 위한 email/contact, account profile, user가 연결하는 public wallet address/identifier, node name/region/public endpoint/capability/admin contact 등 registration data, feedback, bug report, support message를 수집할 수 있습니다.

App 및 device information

Operation, security, debugging, improvement를 위해 App/build version, OS, device type, language, region, crash log, performance diagnostics, error report, security/abuse-prevention event, session start/end, encrypted byte counters, service health를 처리할 수 있습니다.

Privacy Network 및 protocol statistics

Total encrypted traffic, packet/relay count, node health/uptime, peer discovery, route-proof acceptance/rejection, capacity/availability의 aggregate stats를 처리하거나 공개할 수 있습니다. 이는 protocol health를 위한 것이며 개별 browsing content, message plaintext, wallet activity, DNS content, private destination 공개를 위한 것이 아닙니다.

Nodeboard 및 node operator data

Node registration, public endpoint/region, service capability/capacity, heartbeat, health, lifecycle, restart recovery, command audit, incident, maintenance records를 처리할 수 있습니다. Nodeboard는 user content를 표시하지 않고 operational health를 보여주는 product입니다.

Independent node가 AeroNyx services를 통해 register/report/manage하면 discovery, health, compatibility, abuse prevention, transparency를 위해 해당 metadata를 처리할 수 있습니다. Node Operator Policy를 참조하십시오.

MemChain 및 encrypted storage

Strict MemChain은 node-blind memory로서 encrypted memory objects, blind indexes, version metadata를 저장하고 plaintext memory나 user-held decryption key를 받지 않도록 설계됩니다.

External AI model provider로 memory를 distill/answer하도록 선택하면 relevant plaintext가 설정과 provider terms에 따라 전송될 수 있습니다. Local model을 사용하면 processing을 device에 유지할 수 있습니다.

Cookies 및 similar technologies

Website는 security, preferences, analytics, product improvement를 위해 cookies, local storage 등을 사용할 수 있습니다. Browser settings로 제어할 수 있으나 일부 feature가 동작하지 않을 수 있습니다. Cookie Policy를 참조하십시오.

5. 정보 사용 방법

Products 제공·유지·개선, encrypted traffic/messages routing, node discovery/health/capacity, enabled node-blind state sync, authentication, support, abuse/spam/malware/attack/misuse detection, crash debugging, reliability/performance, aggregate transparency metrics, legal compliance 및 terms enforcement에 사용합니다.

6. 정보 공유 방법

Private message content, private memory content, wallet secrets 또는 packet payloads를 판매하지 않습니다.

Hosting/security/operation/analytics/support providers, payment processors, infrastructure providers, lawyers/accountants/auditors/security consultants, law가 요구하는 authorities/courts, merger/financing/acquisition/restructuring 관련자와 limited information을 공유할 수 있습니다.

Legal request는 Law Enforcement and Transparency Policy를 참조하십시오. Third-party service에는 그 terms/privacy policy가 적용됩니다.

7. Legal bases 및 compliance

지역에 따라 consent, contract performance, service operation/security/improvement의 legitimate interests, legal obligations, users/AeroNyx/public을 abuse 또는 security threat로부터 보호할 필요에 근거해 personal information을 처리합니다. Applicable privacy law가 권리를 부여하면 적용 범위에서 존중합니다.

8. User choices 및 rights

지역에 따라 access, correction, deletion, objection/restriction, consent withdrawal, marketing opt-out, portable copy 권리가 있을 수 있습니다. hi@aeronyx.network로 요청하며, 보호를 위해 identity verification이 필요할 수 있습니다.

9. California 개인정보 안내

California law가 적용되면 resident는 know/access/correct/delete/opt-out 권리를 가질 수 있습니다.

AeroNyx는 법이 요구하는 notice/choice를 제공하지 않는 한 personal information을 sell하거나 cross-context behavioral advertising을 위해 share하지 않습니다. Private message/memory plaintext, packet payload, seed phrase, private key, wallet secret, decryption material을 그러한 광고에 사용하지 않습니다.

10. Data retention

Service operation, security, fraud prevention, dispute, legal compliance, legitimate business needs에 합리적으로 필요한 기간만 보관합니다. Data Retention Policy를 참조하십시오.

Support messages는 해결까지, crash/diagnostics는 debugging, node health/command audit는 operational security/accountability, aggregate stats는 장기 health trend에 사용될 수 있습니다. User-controlled ciphertext는 user deletion, retention setting expiry 또는 applicable policy에 따른 removal까지 남을 수 있습니다.

11. 보안

Technical, organizational, administrative safeguards를 사용하지만 완전히 안전한 system은 없습니다. User는 devices, credentials, wallets, recovery phrases, private keys를 보호해야 합니다.

Vulnerability report는 Security and Vulnerability Disclosure Policy를 따릅니다. E2E/node-blind/user-key features에서 key loss는 data를 unrecoverable하게 만들 수 있으며 AeroNyx는 받지 않은 decryption material을 복구할 수 없습니다.

12. International users

AeroNyx는 미국에서 운영되며 미국 및 다른 국가에서 information을 처리할 수 있습니다. Information이 거주국과 다른 privacy law의 jurisdiction으로 transfer될 수 있음을 이해해야 합니다. Applicable mandatory rights는 배제되지 않습니다.

13. 아동

AeroNyx는 13세 미만을 대상으로 하지 않으며 이를 알면서 personal information을 수집하지 않습니다. Child가 정보를 제공했다고 생각하면 hi@aeronyx.network로 연락하십시오.

14. Policy changes

Policy를 갱신할 수 있습니다. Material change가 있으면 effective date를 갱신하고 website, App 또는 reasonable channel로 추가 notice를 제공할 수 있습니다.
