AeroNyx は米国 Wyoming を拠点とし、private network routing、encrypted communication、node-blind memory、autonomous-agent coordination のための open privacy protocol と product ecosystem を構築しています。本 Policy は AeroNyx が収集する情報、利用方法、product に組み込む privacy boundary を説明します。

本 Policy は、リンクを掲示する website、docs、App、API、Nodeboard、AeroNyx Privacy Network、encrypted messaging、MemChain、developer tools、support channels、関連 services に適用されます。

1. 適用範囲と layer model

AeroNyx は四つの層を区別します。

• AeroNyx-operated services: website、App、API、Nodeboard、docs、support、discovery、bootstrap lists、public stats など。
• Open protocol nodes: AeroNyx または独立した個人・組織が運用する compatible nodes。
• User-controlled content and keys: messages、files、traffic、memories、prompts、private keys、seed phrases、user-held decryption material。
• Third-party services: external model/RPC/payment/app-store/hosting providers、independent node operators など。

本 Policy は AeroNyx-operated services の data processing を対象とし、protocol の privacy design も説明します。Independent operators と third parties には独自の legal obligations、security practices、privacy policies があります。

2. AeroNyx の privacy position

中心原則は、infrastructure が user private content を読む必要なく encrypted data を move、store、coordinate できることです。Encrypted content と network service に必要な limited metadata を分離します。

E2E、node-blind storage、user-held keys を使う機能では、AeroNyx は message plaintext、encrypted attachments、MemChain plaintext/private objects、private keys、seed phrases、wallet secrets、decryption keys、private conversation/AI-memory contents、E2E application payload、HTTPS で保護された browsing contents を復号できません。

一方、service operation には account identifier、user が接続した public wallet address、node registration、aggregate stats、device diagnostics、timestamp、bandwidth counters、abuse-prevention signals など一部 metadata が必要です。

3. AeroNyx は user content を復号できません

Privacy Network、encrypted messaging、relay、strict MemChain では、AeroNyx-operated infrastructure は user-held encrypted content を decrypt、inspect、read、monitor、recover しない設計です。したがって encrypted packet/message/attachment、MemChain plaintext、private-memory object、private key、seed phrase、decryption key の plaintext や payload の意味を取得できず、失われた encrypted content を復元できません。

Routing note: node は packet transmission に必要な limited routing data、たとえば endpoint、destination IP/port、protocol、timing、byte counts を処理する場合があります。Control plane は aggregate operational reporting を採用し、packet content、full URL、browsing history、message/MemChain plaintext、user-held keys の報告を必要としません。

Wider internet の confidentiality には引き続き HTTPS 等の E2E application protocol が必要です。Third-party website、external service、independent operator、destination service は AeroNyx-operated service にはなりません。

Support email、public post、bug report、legal notice など user が意図的に plaintext で送信する情報には、この boundary は適用されません。

4. 収集する情報

User が提供する情報

Support、waitlist、連絡のための email/contact、account profile、user が接続する public wallet address/identifier、node name/region/public endpoint/capability/admin contact などの operator registration、feedback、bug report、support message を収集する場合があります。

App と device information

Operation、security、debug、improvement のため、App/build version、OS、device type、language、region、crash log、performance diagnostics、error report、security/abuse-prevention event、session start/end、encrypted byte counters、service health を処理する場合があります。

Privacy Network と protocol statistics

Total encrypted traffic、packet/relay count、node health/uptime、peer discovery、route-proof acceptance/rejection、capacity/availability の aggregate stats を処理・公開する場合があります。これは protocol health を示すためで、個別 user の browsing content、message plaintext、wallet activity、DNS content、private destination を公開する目的ではありません。

Nodeboard と node operator data

Node registration、public endpoint/region、service capability/capacity、heartbeat、health、lifecycle、restart recovery、command audit、incident、maintenance records を処理する場合があります。Nodeboard は user content を表示せず operational health を扱う product です。

Independent node が AeroNyx-operated services を使って register/report/manage する場合、discovery、health、compatibility、abuse prevention、transparency のために上記 metadata を処理できます。詳細: Node Operator Policy。

MemChain と encrypted storage

Strict MemChain は node-blind memory として、encrypted memory objects、blind indexes、version metadata を保存し、plaintext memory や user-held decryption key を受け取らない設計です。

External AI model provider で memory を distill/answer する設定では、relevant plaintext がその provider に送られ、provider の terms が適用されます。Local model なら processing を device 内に保てます。

Cookies と similar technologies

Website は security、preferences、analytics、product improvement のため cookies、local storage 等を使う場合があります。Browser settings で制御できますが、一部 feature が動作しない場合があります。詳細: Cookie Policy。

5. 情報の利用目的

Products の提供・維持・改善、encrypted traffic/messages の routing、node discovery/health/capacity、enabled node-blind state sync、authentication、support、abuse/spam/malware/attack/misuse detection、crash debugging、reliability/performance、aggregate transparency metrics、legal compliance、terms enforcement に利用します。

6. 情報の共有

Private-message content、private-memory content、wallet secrets、packet payloads を販売しません。

Hosting/security/operation/analytics/support providers、payment processors、infrastructure providers、lawyers/accountants/auditors/security consultants、law により要求される authorities/courts、merger/financing/acquisition/restructuring の関係者に limited information を共有する場合があります。

Legal requests は Law Enforcement and Transparency Policy を参照してください。Third-party services には各 terms/privacy policy が適用されます。

7. Legal bases と compliance

居住地に応じ、consent、contract performance、service operation/security/improvement の legitimate interests、legal obligations、users/AeroNyx/public を abuse/security threat から保護する必要に基づいて personal information を処理します。Applicable privacy law が権利を付与する場合、その範囲で尊重します。

8. User choices と rights

地域に応じて access、correction、deletion、objection/restriction、consent withdrawal、marketing opt-out、portable copy の権利を持つ場合があります。Request は hi@aeronyx.network へ送り、必要に応じ identity verification を行います。

9. カリフォルニア州プライバシー通知

California law が適用される場合、resident は know/access/correct/delete/opt-out の権利を持つ場合があります。

AeroNyx は、必要な notice/choice を提供しない限り、適用法上の personal information の sale または cross-context behavioral advertising のための share を行いません。Private message/memory plaintext、packet payload、seed phrase、private key、wallet secret、decryption material をその広告に使いません。

10. Data retention

Service operation、security、fraud prevention、dispute、legal compliance、legitimate business needs に合理的に必要な期間のみ保持します。詳細: Data Retention Policy。

Support messages は解決まで、crash/diagnostics は debug、node health/command audit は operational security/accountability、aggregate stats は長期 health trend のため保持される場合があります。User-controlled ciphertext は user deletion、retention setting expiry、applicable policy による removal まで残る場合があります。

11. セキュリティ

Technical、organizational、administrative safeguards を使用しますが、完全に安全な system はありません。User は devices、credentials、wallets、recovery phrases、private keys を保護する責任があります。

Report: Security and Vulnerability Disclosure Policy。E2E/node-blind/user-key features では key loss により data が unrecoverable になる場合があり、AeroNyx は受け取っていない decryption material を復元できません。

12. International users

AeroNyx は米国から運営され、米国その他の国で information を処理する場合があります。Information が居住国と異なる privacy law の jurisdiction に transfer され得ることを理解した上で利用してください。Applicable mandatory rights は排除されません。

13. 子ども

AeroNyx は13歳未満を対象とせず、知りながら personal information を収集しません。Child が情報を提供したと思われる場合は hi@aeronyx.network へ連絡してください。

14. Policy changes

Policy を更新することがあります。Material change の場合は effective date を更新し、website、App 等の reasonable channel で追加 notice を行う場合があります。
