This US User Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between AeroNyx ("Protocol," "we," "us," or "our") and users accessing our services from the United States ("User," "you," or "your"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of AeroNyx's decentralized protocol and related services.
2. Service Availability and Eligibility
2.1 Geographic Restrictions
Access to AeroNyx services may be restricted in certain US states due to regulatory requirements
Users are responsible for verifying their state's regulatory compliance before using AeroNyx
We reserve the right to modify service availability based on regulatory changes
Users must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract
2.2 Prohibited Jurisdictions
Users from OFAC-sanctioned jurisdictions are prohibited from accessing our services
Services may be restricted in states where cryptocurrency or DeFi activities are regulated
Users must immediately notify us if they become residents of a prohibited jurisdiction
3. Compliance Requirements
3.1 Federal Regulations
Users must comply with all applicable federal laws and regulations
Adherence to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements where applicable
Compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations
Adherence to sanctions and export controls
3.2 State Regulations
Compliance with state-specific cryptocurrency regulations
Adherence to state money transmitter laws where applicable
Compliance with state-specific consumer protection requirements
4. User Responsibilities
4.1 Account Security
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their:
Private keys
Seed phrases
Passwords
Other authentication credentials
AeroNyx cannot recover lost credentials or access user accounts
Users must immediately notify us of any unauthorized account activity
4.2 Data Protection
Users are responsible for backing up all local data
AeroNyx does not store user credentials or private keys
Users must maintain appropriate security measures for their devices
